Feeling lazy? This recipe may be the easiest of all to make.
- Chopped tomatoes, onions and garlic (sautee on pan for a few minutes with some herbs)
- Chopped avocado
- Cooked spinach (cooked for about 20 seconds on pan with some olive oil and herbs)
- Toasted whole grain bread
Now, simply put all of the ingredients on the toast – and you have yourself an even better version of burschetta (in my opinion anyway)!
